St John’s Room

Max capacity of 55 people, 36ft X 16ft feet, has a kitchen and toilet attached and lino flooring. Tables and chairs available if needed.

Brunswick Room

Max capacity of 55 people, 27ft X 19ft, hardwood flooring. Tables and chairs available if needed.

Adelaide Room

Max capacity 35 people, 24ft X 22ft, carpeted flooring. Already contains chairs and small tables with more available if needed.

The Loft

Max capacity 35 people, 21ft X 19ft, has a kitchen and toilet attached and carpeted flooring. Contains chairs with more tables and chairs available if needed.


All of our rooms are priced at £11 per hour for charities or non-profit groups and £15 per hour for commercial or profit making organisations. All groups are welcome to use the building’s amenities which include toilets on all floors and two kitchens with kettles, fridge, cookers etc.

We do not charge any extra for use of tables, chairs or other equipment, of which we have a range available including dry wipe boards, markers, flip-charts, yoga mats, blankets, cushions, projector screen, cd players, kettles, cups etc

Rooms are available to hire by the hour on weekdays, while on Saturdays we only take half or full day bookings at a charge of £40 half day, £80 full day. A half day booking would be either morning (9.30am-1pm) or afternoon (1.30pm-5pm).

Childrens Parties – On Saturdays we also take bookings for children’s parties at a cost of £50 for a morning or afternoon slot in the St John’s room.

A reception office in the foyer is staffed at all times by either paid staff or volunteers who will be happy to help you with any queries or needs you may have while using the centre.
